After gaining experience at Edelman, FTI Consulting, Real Madrid's International Affairs division, and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Eduardo moved to Brussels to work at B2EU Consulting — where he deepened his expertise in regulatory monitoring, EU funds, and multi-stakeholder engagement across a range of policy dossiers.
Recognising a gap in how EU policy is communicated to broader audiences, he founded Rex Lex — a media platform dedicated to translating Brussels legislation and geopolitical dynamics into sharp, accessible content. With over 350 pieces of content produced and a daily briefing format trusted by policy professionals and students alike, Rex Lex has become a credible voice in the EU public affairs space.
